To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorisation.

Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
